Software Installation and Implementation

Proper set-up and installation is crucial to the success of any software package.  Cytec’s in-house professionals will assist in facilitating the successful completion of the project by utilizing previous experience and product knowledge.  Cytec’s goal is to help our clients achieve their operational and financial goals with a minimum of disruption.

Complete Software Support and Application Training

Cytec desires that our customers be as self-sufficient as possible.  However, as new needs arise or as new products are released, we work with our customers to support them by utilizing our experience and expertise.  Support can be purchased as part of a pre-arranged plan or can be provided on an as needed basis.  Training can be catered to an individual or to a class of many, depending on the needs of the client.  These training sessions can be held on-site or at the offices of Cytec Corporation.
