Adding Flexibilty to Your System

Flexibility is Exact Software's version of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and is available for use with all screens in Progression and most screens in Macola ES. This simple but powerful tool can add a great deal of extensibility to your ERP system

For example, you might want to collect calibration, quality control or other key product characteristics during the manufacturing or testing process. It would be relatively simple to add another datatable to the SQL database and data entry screen to capture that data at the appropriate point in the process. Particularly in the case of serialized or lot controlled items. The information would be stored in the data tables and could be retrieved for reporting purposes or for providing baseline information to customers.
