Year end is creeping up on us once again. Plan ahead by purchasing your needed W-2 and 1099 forms ahead of time. Contact Exact Software's form department at 1-800-468-0834.

Magnetic Media
Exact has been notified of an error in the W-2 Magnetic Media File (W2REPORT) for Progression and Macola ES. The issue is with the information for Employer Contribution of Health Savings, which is the new Code W for Box 12 of the printed W-2. You will need to have the YTD Employee Accumulators intact to re-create this file for magnetic media reporting of W-2 information to the Social Security Administration. We will post the correction as soon as it is available.
W-2 Printing Issue
Exact has reported intermittent issues regarding the employee year to date accumulators and processing W-2's. When test processing W-2's in Progression 7.6.200 and 7.6.300, all employee year to date accumulated information is being zeroing out. This will result in the inability to properly print or process W-2's at the end of this year. Click here to download the correction.
